- Birth certificate (translated legalized by the country of origin)
- Penal certificate (translated legalized by the country of origin not exceeding 6 months)
- Certificate or self-certification of family status download form
- Questionnaire download form
- Passport copy.
- Copy of identity card - tax code - residence permit.
- Certificate of knowledge of the Italian language B1 (exempt in the case of an EC long-term residence permit)
- Copy of the payment of the 250€ contribution on c/c n.809020 payable to: Ministry of the Interior DLCI citizenship – with the reason: citizenship – contribution pursuant to art. 1 co. 12, law 15 July 2009 n. 94
- Full marriage certificate.
- Documents of the spouse (with oath date in case of naturalization)
The application can be made after 1 year of marriage with children and after 2 years if there are no children. - There are special cases in which direct contact with the customer is requested (STATELESS, ADOPTION...ETC)
