Additional documentation for special cases

These are some documents that are requested only in specific cases.

• Certificate of recognition of stateless status or refugee status (art.9, c. 1, letter e – act. 16 c. 2)
• Sentence of adoption issued by the Court (art. 9, c.1, letter b)
• Documentation relating to the provision of the service - even abroad - employed by the state (art. 9, c.1, letter c)
• Certificate of Italian citizenship of the parent or direct ascendant up to the second degree (art. 9, c1, letter a)
• Identification documents (identity card - tax code - residence permit)
